How do I make a booking?
Bookings can be made by sending a WhatsApp message to 065 808 0511 or emailing info@themavaphotography.co.za. Once details are confirmed, a deposit is required to secure your date.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 20% deposit is required to confirm and reserve your booking. The balance is payable on or before the day of the photoshoot, depending on the service.
What areas do you cover?
The Mava Photography is based in Durban and covers Durban and surrounding areas. Travel outside Durban can be arranged at an additional cost.
How long does it take to receive the photos?
Edited images are usually delivered within 7-14 working day, depending on the type of shoot. You'll receive your photos via private online gallery.
How many photos will I receive?
The number of images depends on the type of shoot and package selected. All delivered images are professionally edited and quality-checked.
Do you provide RAW images?
No. Only professionally edited images are delivered. This ensures a consistent style and quality that reflects The Mava Photography brand.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please notify as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Do you work with clients who are camera-shy?
